Newborn

When to book your newborn session?

The best time to photograph a newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age, after two weeks babies are a little harder to settle and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. You can contact us at any time during your pregnancy to give me an estimated due date, we will then make a tentative booking and when you arrive home from hospital with your brand new baby you can contact us to arrange a suitable time and day for your session.

Where your session is held?
Your newborn session will take place in our professional equiped studio in Schouweiler.

How long will your session take?
Newborn sessions can take 2-3 hours, it will depend on the baby’s rhythm, we allow plenty of time for feeding and calming the baby if needed.

Do you have props and outfits?
Yes, we do. I love having an in-person consultation before the session (it can be during the complimentary maternity mini session or by phone or email) so we can discuss the colors you love, the props you would like me to use and and discuss what you can expect during and after your session.
We also have maternity dresses and some outfits for newborns and older babies.

Family

Do you do outdoor family sessions?
Yes, besides sessions in the studio, we also know some beautiful locations to shoot when the weather is nicer.

How long will our session last?
Normally around 45-60 minutes. I work quickly as I know that children and babies have limited attention spans so it’s not long before they get bored and want to do something else! But I don’t rush you, if your little one wants a snack or break, that’s fine. I keep shooting until I have everything I need.

What if it rains that day?
Being in Luxembourg it can happen, we will reschedule at no cost if we have to cancel the session (at least 2h before the session) or make it inside the studio.

When and how will I see the result of the session?

All the good images will be uploaded to a private online gallery within 3 weeks of the session. You can then select your favorite images and let me know once you are done so I can prepare those files (editing final details etc)

Can we bring our dog to the session?
Of course! I love dogs! However some dogs might be a bit too excited and can be difficult to manage so I advice to wether bring a friend who can take care of the dog once we are done with it or a pet carrier.
Please always inform me beforehand if you are planning to bring your pet to the session, some locations might restrict the access to animals.

Weddings

When shall we book?

As soon as possible, even if you don’t have all details sorted out I’d love to talk about your special day, it will be nice to have time to meet and talk about your expectations on your wedding day.

Will we sign contracts?
Yes, before accepting any deposit or booking the date we will sign a contract.
I take my job very seriously and a signed contract is an important tool to avoid misunderstandings.

What kind of equipment do you use?
I use top range professional Sony lenses and cameras. I make sure I have enough memory cards, always charged batteries and I always bring another camera as a backup just in case.

Can we share the images online and with family and friends?
Absolutely!  I will not watermark the final digital images however It will be lovely to have my business page tagged on the images you post on your social medias.
Mainly the only restriction on the use of the images is commercial, you can not sell the images to a third part.

What happens if you are ill or can’t be there on the big day?
I will make sure you get a replacement photographer that will meet your expectations and respect the agreements made between us.
